Akshay initiates a conversation with Basheer, bringing up that he heard Basheer feels disappointed when Akshay doesn’t speak to him one-on-one. Basheer admits he’s emotionally sensitive, though not everyone catches on.
Next, Akshay turns to Shahbaz and asks him, along with Mridul, to collect something from the storage room. They return with a mock setup of a courtroom. Zeeshan is then asked for his thoughts, and he suggests placing the housemates’ photos according to the questions Akshay will pose. Akshay praises his insight.
When asked to name the "culprit" in the house, Zeeshan points to Nehal. Tanya is then asked who she thinks is the “judge,” but Zeeshan jumps in to say it's Kunikaa. Pranit is asked who he thinks is like an “old case file,” and he names Nagma. Mridul labels Abhishek as the “devil’s advocate.”
The housemates are then called into the verdict room, where Akshay announces a debate task. The first topic accuses Ashnoor of faking her sweet behavior. Farah enters the house and introduces a bold new task contestants must break a symbolic “friendship” by smashing a hammer over a chosen housemate’s head (symbolically). Basheer picks Nehal, who says she expected it. Amaal challenges Nehal’s response. Kunikaa targets Gaurav, and Tanya also goes after Nehal. In response, Nehal ends her friendship with Basheer. Zeeshan, Ashnoor, and Abhishek also choose Nehal, while Farhana picks Amaal. Awez and Nagma aim at Basheer. Pranit opts not to participate. Gaurav chooses Kunikaa, Amaal targets Farhana, and Shahbaz chooses Tanya, commenting on her wealth.
The episode wraps up with Farah announcing the eviction results. Natalia receives the fewest votes and is asked to leave. But before the housemates can fully react, Farah reveals a shocking twist there’s a double elimination, and Nagma is also evicted. Nagma gets emotional, and Awez defends her, explaining she’s been unwell and less active lately.
Natalia and Nagma say their goodbyes, with Natalia getting emotional while hugging Farhana. Meanwhile, Tanya chases after Shahbaz, expressing her frustration over his “rich” persona.
