The episode begins with Salman Khan entering the stage and greeting the audience. He talks briefly about the housemates, hinting that some drama has already unfolded while they were waiting for the show to start.
Tension brews among the housemates as Kunikaa gets into a heated argument with Farhana over Basheer and Nehal’s relationship. Basheer clarifies that he and Nehal are just friends, but Kunikaa continues the argument until it eventually calms down.
Salman greets the housemates and asks who is nominated for elimination. Basheer, Nehal, Gaurav, and Pranit raise their hands and reveal who nominated them. Salman teases Pranit and asks him to fetch something from the storeroom, which turns out to be a Silvercoin hamper containing premium wheat for the housemates.

Sonakshi Sinha appears next to promote her movie Jataadhara. She interacts with the housemates, asking them to identify the most toxic players. Farhana is unanimously voted as the most toxic, while Malti is also named by some housemates.
