In today’s episode, Gaurav, Farhana, and Amaal discuss what it means to play a character. Gaurav defends himself, saying it’s impossible to stay in character all the time. When he compares himself to Amaal, the conversation shifts toward nepotism. Gaurav mentions it took him 20 years to meet Salman Khan, while Amaal says he and his brother also once waited for hours just to meet the actor.
Farhana observes that both Gaurav and Amaal have struggled but fail to understand each other’s perspectives. Amaal talks about a “walk in the door” moment, claiming Gaurav doesn’t realize how much they, too, have struggled. Farhana suggests that Amaal’s privileged background may have made his journey easier, but Amaal insists his hardships were just as real. Malti supports this by sharing how even her cricketer brothers faced challenges. Amaal recalls his family living in a rented flat and surviving with limited means.

Bigg Boss then asks Ashnoor to enter the app room, where she must choose between gaining social media followers or increasing the house ration by 10%. She chooses ration, raising it to 40%. Pranit and Malti make the same choice, taking it to 60%. However, Kunikaa, Amaal, Farhana, and Tanya all opt for followers instead.
Next, Bigg Boss offers Gaurav the captaincy but at a cost: the house will lose 30% of its ration, and everyone will be nominated. Alternatively, if he lets Shehbaz be captain, the house will receive 100% ration with no nominations. Gaurav chooses to keep the captaincy for himself.
The decision sparks outrage among the housemates. Shehbaz accuses Bigg Boss of favoritism and threatens to quit, while Amaal supports him. Despite the backlash, Gaurav celebrates becoming captain, claiming he had already told Amaal about his intentions.
