The episode opens with Salman Khan greeting the audience and announcing that the Indian women’s cricket team has won the World Cup for the very first time. He welcomes two legendary players Anjum Chopra and Jhulan Goswami to the stage. Salman asks Jhulan how she felt when the team dedicated their win to her. Jhulan recalls that the 2022 World Cup didn’t go well for them, but later, Harman and Smriti promised they would win the next one. Seeing them fulfill that promise made her genuinely happy.
Salman then asks Anjum about the possible impact of this victory. Anjum says that it will inspire many parents to encourage their daughters to pursue cricket, following in the footsteps of players like her, Smriti, and Jhulan. Salman thanks both cricketers, and they leave the stage.
Turning to the Bigg Boss house, Salman tells the audience that an incident occurred after his last visit that needs to be discussed. He greets the contestants and brings up an argument involving Abhishek from the previous day. Kunikaa accuses Abhishek of being selfish when it comes to family, and Amaal also comments on his behavior.
Abhishek explains that after exercising, he leaves the door open for a few minutes to cool off, but Gaurav and others object because mosquitoes get in. Salman remarks that Abhishek’s issue is not his actions but his reactions.
Salman then confronts Abhishek about his claim that Tanya was flirting with him. Abhishek says Tanya praises him privately but speaks negatively about him in front of others, which is why he made that remark. Salman criticizes him for such statements.
Next, Salman talks to Ashnoor, pointing out that she mostly interacts with Abhishek. Ashnoor insists she talks to everyone, but Salman notes that Abhishek seems to be getting more screen time than her.
After the break, Ashnoor and Pranit discuss Salman’s comment, while Mridul and Gaurav also talk to Abhishek about it.
Salman then welcomes Ghazal Alagh, co-founder of Mamaearth. When he asks how her journey began, Ghazal shares that her son developed allergies after bathing, which led her to discover harmful chemicals in baby products. Since there were no strict regulations in India, she decided to start Mamaearth.
She joins the housemates for a fun activity where they assign each contestant a brand that suits them best. Pranit says Tanya would fit a “Baby Churan” brand, Amaal calls Mridul a “Tubelight” a label Salman agrees with and Gaurav calls Neelam a “Doormat,” saying she lets people walk over her. Neelam admits she needs to be more assertive. After the task, Ghazal leaves, and Salman gives the contestants a short break.
Later, Gaurav teases Tanya for not knowing his work despite watching TV serials for years. Tanya defends herself, and Gaurav reminds her that she once called his journey inspiring — questioning how she could say that without knowing much about him. Ashnoor joins their conversation.
Salman then welcomes Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, K. Madhavan, and Meezan to promote De De Pyaar De 2. They play a light-hearted game asking the housemates which contestant they wouldn’t give love to. Most name Tanya and Farhana, prompting Salman to stop the task.
Meezan compliments Gaurav’s Urdu, and Rakul praises his dance with Farhana. Gaurav jokingly imitates Farhana’s morning dance routine, making everyone laugh.
Madhavan introduces another game where contestants must name friendships that shouldn’t continue. Most choose Tanya and Farhana.
Before leaving, Ajay encourages everyone to watch De De Pyaar De 2 once they’re out of the Bigg Boss house.
Salman then announces the week’s nominated contestants Gaurav, Farhana, Neelam, Abhishek, and Ashnoor. He reveals that Gaurav and Farhana are safe. Since Pranit was captain during nominations, Salman gives him the power to save one of the remaining three. Pranit chooses Ashnoor, leaving Abhishek and Neelam emotional.
As Salman signs off, Neelam gets teary-eyed while saying goodbye. Abhishek comforts Ashnoor, Kunikaa consoles Neelam, and Gaurav tells Pranit it would have been fairer to save Abhishek. Pranit explains that his decision was based on personal values.
After Abhishek and Neelam exit the house, tension rises. Malti and Farhana argue, Pranit breaks down, and Gaurav and Ashnoor comfort him while Amaal supports Kunikaa.
Meanwhile, Tanya cries alone, upset with Pranit’s choice. Farhana consoles her. Gaurav finds Ashnoor crying and tells her that Abhishek’s exit might actually help her game. Tanya tells Farhana she’s angry because Neelam contributed more than both Abhishek and Ashnoor.
Salman wraps up the episode by urging viewers to keep watching Bigg Boss and bidding them goodbye.
